If you feel guilty about what you are doing, then you may need to make some changes. God takes away our guilt. When we live for Him, He forgives us and guides us to live a life where we don’t do things that bring guilt into our life. This brings such freedom that the world cannot offer.

People Will Fail Us
People will say things that hurt our feelings. The closer our relationship with that person, the deeper the hurt. This is sometimes because they don’t think before they speak. They may not really know us or understand us. Forgive them as God forgives. Jesus prayed “…Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do…” (Luke 23:34). god will not fail us as people do. It is nice to have friends but don’t expect them to be perfect. Time can heal relationships when the conditions are right. Give your hurt feelings to God and he can heal you and make you stronger by what you go through.
Who Is Your Life Reflecting?
You will serve God or Satan and your life will reflect one or the other depending on the decisions you make. We can’t serve both. Serving Satan isn’t always as obvious because he is sly. He will use things such as busyness or hanging out with friends as an excuse not to do what God wants you to do. He will tell you that it is no big deal. He deceives and what we do doesn’t seem bad in itself but it is sometimes keeping us from being all we can be if we would choose to grow in Christ. How do we grow in Christ? We grow by praying, reading God’s Word, attending a Bible teaching church and doing what God wants us to do.
Burden or Bridge
What we go through can be a burden that weighs us down which is what Satan would like to see it do to us or we can allow what we go through to be a bridge to draw us closer to God.
Be Thankful
We are to be thankful for all things, good and bad, no matter what our current circumstance. God is in control. He will help us through it and we can get something good from the experience. There is a purpose for all that we experience in life.
1 Thessalonians 5
16 Be joyful always, 17 pray at all times, 18 be thankful in all circumstances. This is what God wants from you in your life in union with Christ Jesus.
