As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn’t supposed to ever let you down probably will.
You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it’s harder every time.
You’ll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken.
You’ll fight with your best friend. You’ll blame a new love for things an old one did.
You’ll cry because time is passing too fast, and you’ll eventually lose someone you love.
So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you’ve never been hurt because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you’ll never get back.
Don’t be afraid that your life will end, be afraid that it will never begin.
God sees all things. There is nothing we can hide from God. Many times we may hear that still small voice tell us something is wrong or we may feel quilt about something to warn us not to do something or let us know that we have done something wrong.
If we continue to do something that is wrong, our hearts may grow cold to where we don’t hear that voice or feel that guilt anymore. If you find yourself hiding something or sneaking around to do something, you will know that it is wrong.
Addictions have this attribute. Even the addictions that we don’t often think of when we hear that word. Examine yourself to see if you are hiding anything.
If you have to hide something, you probably should not have it.
If you have to sneak to do something, you probably should not be doing it.
Now that most of us have all our Christmas decorations packed back in boxes and maybe find ourselves putting away those few pieces that we left behind, let’s make sure we don’t leave Christ behind. Make sure you don’t put Him away in a box. Be sure to keep Him in the front and center of your life so that 2013 can be all that it is meant to be. Christ will give you a 2013 that will bring Him glory and you betterment no matter what your year holds. May God Be With You and Bless you as you begin another year with Him.
